Course Overview
- The purpose of this course is to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to facilitate an effective problem analysis.
- This course is ideal for anyone whose job involves problem-solving. As a minimum, all supervisors and lead personnel should take this course.
- Course is run over 2 days during which the participants will apply everything learned to solve an exercise problem. Each student will be given the opportunity to facilitate a group in effective analysis.
Course Delivery
- This course is delivered in two formats, available to the Public or Client-based
- In-Person Classroom: Course delivered over 2 days (an additional 3rd day option available for client-based courses)
- Virtual Instructor-Led: 15 hours delivered in 6 x 2.5 hour blocks over 3 days (8.30am to 11.00am and 1.00pm to 3.30pm)

- The course provides a working knowledge of the Apollo Root Cause Analysis™ methodology. This is the most popular course, and the one taught in all public seminars. It assists anyone in understanding fundamental problem-solving processes and how to facilitate an effective investigation.

What is the course duration?

- The duration of the in-person classroom public course is 2 days.
- An optional third day is available for on-site courses to allow for a full-day workshop to facilitate actual workplace incidents
- The virtual instructor-led course is 15 hours total, with 6 x 2.5 hour time blocks split across 3 days.
