Course Overview

  • The purpose of this course is to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to facilitate an effective problem analysis.
  • This course is ideal for anyone whose job involves problem-solving. As a minimum, all supervisors and lead personnel should take this course.
  • Course is run over 2 days during which the participants will apply everything learned to solve an exercise problem. Each student will be given the opportunity to facilitate a group in effective analysis.

Course Delivery

  • This course is delivered in two formats, available to the Public or Client-based
    • In-Person Classroom: Course delivered over 2 days (an additional 3rd day option available for client-based courses)
    • Virtual Instructor-Led: 15 hours delivered in 6 x 2.5 hour blocks over 3 days (8.30am to 11.00am and 1.00pm to 3.30pm)
